If you're ever going to place an order for delivery then DO NOT have it be from this Wawa restaurant. The person who made my sandwich just seemed to add too much of everything. Yet I can't help but feel they were lazy when doing it too. Might not have been so hygienic either. There are plenty of good Wawa restaurants out there but right now this just isn't one of them.

There’s no window-cleaning solution in the buckets at the pumps! They’re all DRY. Please refill these so that people can wash their windows.

Albert is the man. He makes the absolute best shakes. And his customer service is amazing. He makes this Wawa a must visit. Became friends after a few visits.

If you order Uber Eats, DO NOT ORDER from this Wawa. This is WAWA 5406. I don’t know who works there at midnight but they are the definition of Lazy and do not complete orders on a regular basis. I’ve had to get 3 refunds on items I know they have in stock. In this particular case it was a coffee. For a chain that uses customer service as a selling point, This Wawa is extremely disrespectful and lazy.

Went to use the restroom before grabbing a cup of coffee only to be disgusted by what I witnessed, their very own employee using the bathroom and walking right out without even bothering to wash their hand, super gross to say the least 🤢🤮 I hope for the customers sake that shes not handling any food. Yuck!!!

I ordered iced coffee with caramel drizzle which I paid extra for but when I got the coffee it didn’t have. I nicely asked for the caramel drizzle and the girl that did it was extremely rude, got defensive and raised her voice saying that she had put the drizzle but it was at the bottom. My friends iced coffee also had almost zero cold foam and when approached in a nicely manner and asked for more cold foam to be put (which has never been an issue before) she was extremely rude off the bat, defensive and said that she had put cold foam even though we didn’t say that it didn’t have cold foam. I explained that it did have but almost nothing and I just wanted a bit more. In a rude tone and with her tone raising, she said we had to pay extra for it. The other lady next to her said in spanish “Hoy los clientes están…” insinuating that clients were annoying which is extremely unprofessional infront of other clients…. NEVER coming back here. Teach your employees common customer service skills. She was short, colored hair (purple ish if I am not mistaken) Paid for a service that we did not get and when asked in a nicely manner, all she did was get defensive, raise her voice and extremely disrespectful.

Without a doubt this must be among the worst Wawa's in the United States. This is the third time you arrive at 5:00 am and they don't have any coffee ready. You stand up and the workers don't ask you what you want or why you're standing in front of the coffee makers. It's as if you don't exist. At that hour, they are the only ones working. Miami is characterized by this. Every franchise in Miami doesn't work as it should. This location destroys the prestige and preference we feel for this company.

The coffee here in the morning is always hot and the self serve area is always clean and stocked with everything you need to make the best coffee exactly like you want it. The breakfast sandwiches are delicious and fresh. And you can’t beat their prices. Also if you get the WaWa app. You start racking up points. And you can get a lot of their menu items at a big discount and they always have specials going on. I highly recommend this Wawa. And the Store manager Bengie does a great job running the store.
