Food was good but the restaurant was messy, the coca cola freestyle soda dispenser wasn't working and tables were dirty. Seems like they are short staffed.

Cons: The staff can be vulgar. For me specifically, its been the cuban lady who cleans in the morning and the other cuban lady who is a manager at night. Sometimes the sandwiches can be cold and the sandwich makers don’t wear gloves. The staff also leaves the counter unattended very often. There are also a lot of dirty homeless people which are allowed in and out of the location and contaminate the soda machine. Lastly, they don’t truly respect the hours of operation, and open their doors late and or close their doors early frequently.Pros: The GM is great, when she is there, everything is on point. There is also another manager, middle aged dark skinned woman, who is a sweetheart. Prices are good compared to other fast food places. I recommend the place overall, there are just some things they can work on.

I took my grandmother here for lunch and the systems were down so we had to use cash only. Which I did not have so I had to purchase her a sandwich with a bunch of quarters that I found in my car. The sandwich we ordered came out incorrect after repeating three times that my Abuela only wanted two ingredients on the her double stack.. Also, they were a little slant at the second window when I informed them that the order was wrong. Maybe they were stressed because of the situation so I can't say they're always that way. we have come here before and they're usually pretty fast. Today might've just been stressful for them however customer service is key to business.
