I took my grandmother here for lunch and the systems were down so we had to use cash only. Which I did not have so I had to purchase her a sandwich with a bunch of quarters that I found in my car. The sandwich we ordered came out incorrect after repeating three times that my Abuela only wanted two ingredients on the her double stack.. This is my favorite Wendy’s in all of Miami! Every time I come here my nuggets and fries are always fresh! I just wanted to leave a review because this Wendy’s truly does a great job!

Cons: The staff can be vulgar. For me specifically, its been the cuban lady who cleans in the morning and the other cuban lady who is a manager at night. Sometimes the sandwiches can be cold and the sandwich makers don’t wear gloves. The staff also leaves the counter unattended very often.
