Subway is a friendly restaurant where the owner treats employees with respect and is a leader at the store. The staff prepares food well and keeps the restaurant clean. However, some employees may need additional training in customer service, as one employee's demeanor has been reported as unfriendly and frustrated. Despite this, the restaurant has a loyal customer base and serves food that meets expectations.
