When there are 11:25am my nuggets wasn’t fresh I asked for a sweet ice tea they gave me unsweetened and I was in driver thru I asked them to change it twice before I requested a refund horrible customer
I ordered Two APPLE pies… through the mobile app. Orders ready in 5 minutes. I Pickup order not thinking to look, get home to only one apple pie. No problem, I go back wait in line 10 minutes tell the guy “Sir I ordered two APPLE pies only received one, guy hands me a pie. Cool I leave. This time I check, it’s quava and cheese pie . Go back a back again, lady exchanges the guava pie for apple. They were both equally as cold.

My experience with MacDonald's was a job interview and it was very bad. A month Waiting for the appointment and with constant system reminders. In the end, the manager didn't know I was arriving, she made me wait and then she didn't want to attend to me. The personnel acquisition system definitely does not work, at least for this store and this time.
