I really like this Pollo Tropical location and come here regularly. Everyone is always nice, but Elizabeth deserves special recognition for how welcoming and helpful she is. She is always pleasant, attentive, and makes you feel like a valued customer. It’s clear that she cares about the people who come here and takes pride in her work. Definitely a great experience every time!
