Every time I visit the Wendy’s drive thru, I like the food, but the service could use some improvement. Today, when I asked for artificial sweetener, the employee didn’t hear me and responded with, ‘The who? The who?’ And when I said thank you after receiving my order, I just got a blank stare. It would be great if they could work on their communication and attitude.

Worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to in my life. The attitude of the employees and managers is crazy for being in the customer service food industry. You’re busy during lunch which is making your job money to employ you? Don’t ruin other peoples day because you’re having a bad day and don’t know how to act or train your staff professionalism. Get it together. Never again.

Just ordered 11/18/2025 at 1:30 am! Relocated to Miami and wanted dinner! Since this location was less than a mile from me I ordered food! EVERYTHING WAS COLD! Fries COLD, burgers COLD. Nuggets COLD! $20 worth of cold food in today's economy is unreal! Wendy's what are you doing? Tried to call the location so that i could get it replaced, NO ANSWER.. COLD FOOD AND COLD SERVICE.... Not thank you!

It was a good experience there was a guy making the meals he went out of his way to say hi I found that really sweet. He was there on Tuesday evening February 18.

Many items on menu not available, staff at the drive thru was not very pleasant. Received incomplete order and incorrect items. I asked politely for my order to be corrected, which they did but with snarky remarks.
