Amanda provided a lot of history, and conducted a fantastic tour of the operation & tasting of several offerings the distillery produces, despite having inadequate staff for the operation (I inquired about job openings). The patio is a great location, but be ready to deal with minors - clearly related to the owners - they can be quite disruptive of any conversation you are attempting. Tropical Distillery offers informative tours and tasty beverages in a great location. Despite some minor disruptions from related minors, the operation is nicely run. Guests highly recommend booking a tasting with the friendly staff, especially Tiffany, the lead bartender who is knowledgeable and excellent. The Allaratiah Agine and J.F. Haden’s Citrus Liqueur are highlighted as delicious options. Visitors are urged to visit for a drink at the bar or take a tour, where they won't regret experiencing the incredible alcohols produced at the distillery.
