Isabela which i think is the manager has the kindest heart and the most amazing, beautiful, heartfelt, helpful, selfless, caring, sweetest person I have ever met. her acts of kindness are truly inspirational and we should all look up to her and her actions.

Some of employees at this Wendy’s really don’t care for customer service. I ordered 2 plain dbl cheese burger combos and a classic chicken combo and a six piece of nuggets in the drive through. When I get to the window and receive my order I’m missing one dbl cheeseburger combo. I let the guy know and he tells me it’s in the bag I tell him that it isn’t and he insisted that it was I attempted to show him the bag and he refused. Finally, I get the dbl cheeseburger but I’m missing the condiments that I requested again he says it’s in the bag, by this time I’m getting a little frustrated because I’m hangry it’s 5pm I wanna get home and eat. Finally he gives one mayo, 5 ketchup, and one ranch sauce. One mayo for 3 combos! I tried asking for more but he just walked away. I said just forget about and go home. When I get home I open the burgers and it seemed as though they had been sitting out under the light for a while because they were drier than the Goby Dessert. They ask for a $15.00 an hour wage but give you a $2.00 service.

I believe Sandra is a new employee I haven't really seen her but she's amazing. Customer service, the smile really helps make a positive experience in the morning. Many fast food place have their employees threatened under a time clock... I believe they need to focus more on customer service just like Sandra this morning.

I usually get food from this place but today I found a peace of broken plastic in my baked potato. Imagine if I had eaten this.
they didnt give us any sauce and they forgot a whole sanwhich.. even gave them a code, price did not change. place sucks, workers didnt even try to fake a smile.

So just now a bunch of workers got into an argument/ fight and there was a bunch of high schoolers eating there and minding there own business and they notice the fight. A person quit on the spot and to make matters worse they kicked out all the customers including a mother with her child out of the restaurant just because they can’t behave like an adult.
