I believe Sandra is a new employee I haven't really seen her but she's amazing. Customer service, the smile really helps make a positive experience in the morning. Many fast food place have their employees threatened under a time clock... I believe they need to focus more on customer service just like Sandra this morning.
Today I stopped by this Wendy's to get a salad. I was greeted by Joaquin, who made his best effort to quickly serve me.A few minutes later Sandra, the manager came out with a great smile and greeting. Inviting me to try their breakfast. Breakfast? In my bewilderment, I asked, now Wendy's serves breakfast?Yes, Sandra said, it is delicious! I LOVE THIS WENDY. I COULD EAT HERE FOR THE REST OF MY LIFE. the service is fabulous! Isabela which i think is the manager has the kindest heart and the most amazing, beautiful, heartfelt, helpful, selfless, caring, sweetest person I have ever met. her acts of kindness are truly inspirational and we should all look up to her and her actions.
