Hi! I’ve had a $10 off coupon that I can use on the app only, however, the app does not allow me to add ANYTHING to my cart. I’ve tried on multiple devices and nothing works. I’ve asked at the store multiple times and they don’t know either. Is there any way to fix this or to use this $10 off in person? The coupon says “in app” only, but the app just does not work at all.
Don’t go there if you don’t speak Spanish. Employees don’t speak English and I’ve had to translate several times. Also, lately, a lot of new employees who don’t seem to want to work at all. Bad attitude and no inclination to help. Recently changed their loyalty program and the employees don’t understand it and refuse to give you discounts that are on your account. Also, the food quality has gone down and they barely give you any chips anymore.
