Wingstop in Miami

“I have been coming into this location for about 2 years since its right around the corner from my house. The food is always consistent and upto par but my experience today compelled me to leave a review. As soon as i walked through the door, I was promptly greeted and my order was immediately taken by a young lady named Andrea. I than filled my drink and sat my drink down at a table so I could wash my hands. The soap in the mens bathroom was almost gone, so I let the same young lady know and she kindly let me wash them in the other restroom while she changed the soap. I than sat down to wait for my food( It came out in less than mins?) and in this time frame I watched her mop the rear floor, change the dust mat, sweep the front entrance and than greet and take orders swiftly for the barrage of clients that came in after I. As a business owner myself I must say I was very impressed with her attention to detail and customer service. Wingstop should feel lucky and greatful to have an employee like her running the front end of the store. I know I would. Good help is soooooo hard to find, especially here in Miami ?“

“This is the best wingstop location in Miami, the food always taste fresh and they always cook it perfectly,especially in comparison to other locations like the ones in lil Haiti where my food is always soggy. The workers are the sweetest too“

“I used the Wingstop app to order for dinner and walked in a couple of minutes before it was due. They were no sit-down patrons and 2 other customers waiting.
My order was ready on-time. Got home and the meal we good, even the prices were good.“

“I went here and made 2 orders. The first was a 10 piece combo, 5 mango habanero and 5 Cajun sauce. The second was a 7 piece chicken strip with the hot honey flavor. This is apparently a favorite with folks here, so I wanted to try it. Overall the orders seem to be prepared well and the service was fast. Overall very good“

“I came in person as delivery from restaurants in general tend to be hit or miss. I spoke with Harold on sunday night (11/17/2024) and he was very thorough about the order options. He got my long list of items perfectly. The self serve for fountain drinks are great. 1 little down side is that it pours from the same location so you have to pour a bit out and then pour your desired drink to not have it mix.

I drove 5 minutes out and the food was still hot. Everything tasted great. Nothing was missing all thanks to the staff being on point. Keep it up!“

“Ordered take out and when I came someone else had mistakenly taken our order. The manager was very quick to make things right and put in another order for us for free and even gave us some extra wings for the inconvenience! As I waited for the order I watched the staff execute amazing service and cleaning constantly. I was very impressed with how this experience went, very happy with the management!“

“I had placed an online order and when I opened the bag prior to leaving the store, my order was missing some items. I spoke to the cashier & the manager and they fixed it very quickly and were really nice! The food was re made fresh and tasted great! I don’t know if the staff is all new but I just want to shout out the team that assisted me 05/21/2024 at night time as they really do care about the experience of the customer!“

“I would just like to say that this wingstop location has the best customer service . I watched the employees work together in unison and prepare orders while so many people came in and out non stop. They did not panic , they helped everyone with a smile and the food was hot and delicious . Store 1411 Sabrina, Aisha , Alexis and the crew deserve a raise ASAP I was impressed with the level of service I witness 12/30/1024. I would definitely go back to this location my son eat this chicken multiple times a week he love it . Y’all get all my money . Team work make the dream work . “I believe the supervisor or manager at this Wingstop is named Jean, although I'm not entirely sure. But he's Black (maybe Haitian American) with Locs [my apologies if I’m wrong I’m trying to be as the descriptive as possible in case the name is incorrect]. But more importantly, he's incredibly kind, thorough, and has a real sense of urgency. Every time I order food and he's around, I can count on him to hustle and make sure everyone gets their orders promptly. Honestly, he's so good at what he does that he could easily manage multiple stores. And he's always right on time, which is why my husband and I love coming to this Wingstop. Jean really makes the experience special.“
