The worst customer service ever, we got no food but they sure took our money, staff needs to get some lessons in customer service. Especially the fake blonde that works at night.... save yourself a rough time and get a sub from big Roman's....

I made a online order and paid in full and when i came to pickup they told me they didn't have that sandwich and they could not make me a different sandwich cause it's not what i ordered and would not give me a refund and i had to talk to the manager..i called the store 13 times the next day and no one answered..i went into the store after work and they still could not help me.. i will never eat at that store again and they kept my money!

Went here for two tuna subs. Didn't watch them being made as I was paying and leaving a 40% tip. Took the subs to the water for lunch. Opened them up and found nearly no tuna on them. Just tomato, lettuce etc. Tuna was as thin as mayonaise just to flavor the roll.Found a real sub shop. Won't ever be going back to this sybway.
Staff was very friendly, up beat and service was great. Food was good and place very clean. Side note / observation , I think subway uses magnifying glass as the sub always looks much bigger behind the glass , than when it’s handed to you.
