Second year in a row this local, family-owned restaurant guaranteed they would save 5 prime rib dinners for us on Easter—and didn’t.
Last year was on them. This year is on us for trusting them again.
Bob was the one who personally guaranteed the food would be set aside—and it still wasn’t.
To make matters worse, after failing to honor that guarantee, they still charged us for drinks when we left without eating.
