Our server Lacey was incredible! This was my first visit and she made the experience wonderful. The food was AMAZING! Highly recommend the fettuccine alfredo with the blackened chicken!!!

My granddaughter and I ate there for the 1st time last nite..sweet atmosphere..sweet server..Michael..found out he is the owners son..he was the only server working..it started getting busy..he did a great job,despite the fact that he had several parties and he was alone. The food came out promptly..it was the BEST chicken parm I ever ate..granddaughter has chicken Piccatta. She said the same..We live in Fernandina Beach..but will Definitely be back! STARS 🌟!😋

We placed a pickup order for the first time and ordered the 16” Benito’s Pizza based on the menu and DoorDash description, which listed pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms, onions, and green peppers. What we received was a completely different pizza with artichokes and other toppings that were not listed at all.

I brought this up to the employee working and showed him the description. I asked him to fix it, and he said the pizza isn’t listed correctly online and wasn’t sure why. He then told me to fill out a form and message his father so “he would know.”

We did not receive what we ordered, and nothing was done to correct it at the time. I’d recommend focusing on proper resolution when something is incorrect instead of asking customers to handle it themselves with daddy.

Of the four times I attempted to eat at this establishment, they have been closed 3 of those times. Why you might ask? Because they take a 2 hour-long pause at one of the peak timeframes for meals to just close up shop.

The one time I DID manage to attend, I was met with annoyed faces that I was even there, they made very clear to note that they would be closing soon (again, at 2 PM in the middle of the day) and they had pretty much no food available to choose from.

It's disappointing, the price seemed good although the food we DID see on the buffet coming in before close was rather old looking.

Better off going a few doors down to the Italian business that is actually open during business hours. I don't forsee this location staying open very long with these hours, they're probably bleeding money. Whomever is doing their advertising and business plan must have zero financial knowledge whatsoever; but only time will tell.

Hidden gem in Fleming Island FL.

Hosted a surprise birthday party there and everything was PERFECT. Wonderful customer service & just a great experience all around. The food was delicious & service was wonderful during the party. Guest loved the buffet as there was something for everyone. Problem free start to finish. Could not be any happier. Thank you for being a part of our loved ones special day!!

Met Beni today while delivering his daughter's car. Very nice person. Enjoyed the veal piccata and veal marsala. Excellent flavors! Great service. Quaint place. Reasonably priced and good portions.
