Twice now I've been through the drive thru in the past week and it's the same group of kids working it, too busy hanging out with each other to pay attention. Both times I didn't receive straws for my drinks and both times I received the incorrect order. You would think with 4 people standing at my window jabbering to each other about nonsense that atleast one could get the order right.

This Chik Fil A always has someone taking orders in the morning who doesn’t know what they’re doing. They have gotten our orders wrong every time we go, we don’t receive food we paid for. We only go here for breakfast. I will say the food we do receive is good and everyone is very nice.

Normally I love coming through the drive thru here for breakfast and bringing my dog for a treat maybe once/twice a week. I ordered my burrito and coffee and when we got to the window, there was a younger girl with long braids holding my food just staring at me and not handing me my order. She looked me dead in my face SO SERIOUSLY and in the rudest tone asked me if my dog was going to BITE her!! There was no sign of agression, no barking, growling etc, as she is not agressive towards people at all, just a happy dog wagging her tail waiting on her treat that we come here and get WEEKLY. Everyone here has always loved her and i have never been questioned nor has she for ever showing any form of agression. Take people who are scared of dogs out of your drive thru windows because people bring pets all the time and the way I was approached by this girl, was extremely wrong and not meant to be in customer service. To top it off, she was too scared of my NON agressive dog that I didnt even get the salsa that was supposed to be with my burrito. I'm extremely disappointed about our experience this morning and we wont be back.

Food was good service was pleasant but I wasn't pleased with the fact they had those young workers out there working in the rain with no rain gear and they can only wear the companies authorized gear but they have to purchase it out there own money which they don't make much it seems like they should provide them with winter and rain gear I was so upset seeing them running around in the rain with no gear if I didn't have all those people in my vehicle that had ordered and paid I would have driven off but until they show compassion and respect for there young employees I will no do business with them and if you have children and any type of decency you shouldn't do business with them either until they change there policies towards their teen workers and that doesn't mean for you to start jacking up prices I am ok with 20 cents here 40 cents there to cover the gear but not that dollar crap do that and you will definitely lose my business and my friends and anyone else's with common sense business

3 times now I order a regular chick Fila a deluxe without tomatoes and get spicy chicken instead. 2 of those times I said no tomatoes and got tomatoes! Get your communication together Chick fil a. Sticking to Zaxbys from now on

This location has given out multiple coupons over the years. Play place and soundproof playground is great for toddlers. We love the reward system! Can't beat unlimited free sauce packs and refills on drinks. Chicken is average but after all it is fast food. Helpful friendly stuff. Clean bathrooms with baby changing tables available.
