The family went to Fushimi for a birthday dinner. Our server was fantastic and the facility was in great shape. However, the entire time we were there, a young man (owners son?) sat at the front table playing a video game on a tablet. That would have been fine but he had the volume turned where the whole restaurant could hear the game, the boy and all of the players talking during the game.
