I am mind blown at the experience I just had with China Cafe in Middleburg, FL. My son ordered delivery food and was told their credit card machine was down and he had to pay cash. He ordered two meals with lomein and tipped the driver more than 40% due to not having change. We saw also that there was a $4.50 delivery fee in the total included already as well.
