Manager was busy with his phone while attending to me seems like his attention was elsewher. I give my full attention in any situation as this. I would of expected the same. Other than that all was well.

I like this KFC because they are fast and 9/10 times has everything perfectly ordered. Service is always good. I ordered a lot of food. Got home and realized we were missing a Mc n cheese and mashed potatoes. I called up, told them about it and they were very courteous about it. I couldn't come back same day because we live a bit away, but they said we can pick up the next day if in the area. We are a family of 7 and don't get to go out often. I really appreciate them...

Extra crispy can't be beat..! Definitely good chicken..! Always have been and if they don't change like the world is changing everything rapidly, they will be around for many years to come. !
