Biscuits were hard
Just came through this hardees around 2:07pm on a Sunday, I had a mobile order and came through the drive thru. James was absolutely amazing, incredibly kind. We waited less than 5 minutes for our order, which is not long at all for fast food, considering I placed the order before pulling into the parking lot. James was still incredibly apologetic about the short wait and just had an amazing attitude!
Sorry guys but the Ham sandwich just isn't as good as it use to be. I've had bigger grilled cheese sandwiches.

This Hardee’s location is praised for excellent customer service and friendly staff. The afternoon/evening shift is awesome, with one employee having excellent customer service and knowing all the sandwiches. The burgers and fries are cooked perfectly and delicious. For fast food, it is a great place. The biscuits and gravy are as close to homemade as you will get eating out. Specific staff members go above and beyond to make visits a pleasure. One is always upbeat and friendly, while another keeps things going, efficient and friendly. The lady working the drive-through in the morning times is always fantastic, super sweet, and apologizes if there is a wait. The sausage biscuits are great. The service is nowhere like any other place in Middleburg. This could be a model store for new employees.
