Nice staff. Too bad they couldn’t get either of our orders right. Don’t know if it’s the system or the operator but I ordered a sandwich and got a thigh meal. My boyfriend ordered tenders and also got the thigh meal. Doesn’t even make sense how you can mess that up unless you can’t hear or just don’t care. Once we got the food, it was horrible. It tasted like really old oil. We were both so disgusted we just threw the food away. About 85% of my chicken was breading and bones. For the both of us to eat at a fast food restaurant and pay $30 and then not receive the right order and throw it out because of how bad it was is unacceptable. Even if it was the operators fault for giving us the wrong meal, the food was just as disappointing.

I love Popeyes chicken but the last several times I've been there I left disappointed. From wrong orders,long waits and subpar food. Ordered a 10 piece and got 6 legs!! The red beans were delicious but only 3/4 full. Publix chicken for me from now on !!

Best chicken sandwich ever! Yes, it even beats Chick-fil-A!

I had a really great experience at my local Popeyes in Middleburg, and the young lady Andrea really took the time to help me decide what to get cause it has been a long time since I’ve been there she was patient and kind and went the extra mile to serve me the food was delicious warm and better than I expected I’ll definitely be back because of her service!

Everytime I’ve gone, they’ve gotten our order wrong, we always have to wait atleast 5 minutes at the front door too

Been years since I have been there. Menu has changed , super good food and a great price on the family meals. Will definitely start Popeyes in the weekly rotation. Loved it !!!

Me and my family just ordered two of the 20 dollar family meals and a chicken sandwich, our food was great and although it took a bit (i mean it was 8 biscuits 16 pieces of chicken 2 pounds of fries and a sandwich) I can say with confidence that it was the best Popeyes ive had, hot, juicy and tender and i would definitely come back

I have not been to this location in almost a year due to the service and extensive wait for food only to still have the order be wrong. However, today I was extremely impressed. I placed a mobile order. When I arrived to the store they were diligently working on my order. Not just one person, but multiple people working together. They were highlighting the receipt as they filled the order to ensure they got everything. The service was fantastic! I had my order within 10min of arriving and it was correct!🙌🏻
