Just placed an order today, 12/15/2025. I ordered a chipotle chicken club and it had a blonde hair right in the middle of it. I went back and they offered to remake it. I got the sandwich that they remade and it too had a hair in it, this time a black hair. I’m so upset that this happened because I really love this location.

The best part about each visit is the awesome staff. Hannah, Justin and Michael are always so helpful and welcoming, even in the wee hours of the morning.

My favorite smoothie is the Avocolada! The flavor combination is perfect, creamy and so satisfying with a hint of coconut.

Got a smoothie and it tasted rancid. They told me its cuz of the energizer and multivitamin, ive had it before, it never tastes like that. They offered to make the same drink again but i didnt trust it anymore so i threw it away in their trash can and left. Not comin back
Edit: about 10 minutes later, i feel kinda sick ngl. Im definitely not coming back

Every time I order, something is highly wrong. This time, I ordered a super green caeser wrap and they FORGOT THE LETTUCE?! How?? This place doesn’t greet you at all, it’s ran by teenagers and last time they added strawberries to my peanut butter smoothie. They wouldn’t fix it and I never heard from anyone about it after I threw it away because it was disgusting. Always an issue at this place.

I recently observed the food preparation process at this establishment, and while the food quality appears satisfactory, I have concerns regarding the sanitation practices. Specifically, I witnessed an employee handle a bucket that had been in contact with the floor, then use it to scoop ice into a storage container. The bucket was subsequently placed inside the ice container, potentially contaminating the ice supply.

Although I did not address this issue at the time, it has raised concerns about the overall sanitation standards at this establishment.

I go to this place for lunch almost daily and my order is the same, the Avacalado and the dragon fruit bowl is delicious. The wraps and sandwiches are also good

The worker (maria) was so bubbly and talkative, she was such a delight to talk to, amazing worker!

Please tell the staff at the Middleburg location to throughly wash the lettuce and do not use old lettuce on the flatbreads, After eating a back chicken ranch flatbread yesterday I have since thrown up 6 times and it has just been lettuce, I had not eaten any other things that day so I know it was my tropical smoothie flatbread.
