Well since COVID the prices at every day food has sky rocketed but Wendy's was expensive before. They have the same menu but the items are smaller. Just like everything else prices went up quality and quantity had decreased. I don't know about the atmosphere since I don't eat in.

I only ordered a shake but I wasn't happy with thr amount of brownie batter in it. I asked more manager so she would have to charge me . Na they were already out of chocolate shake . Told her to keep it

Stopped at the drive thru and requested a chicken sandwich only extra mayo and i get home to find it has smushed tomatoes, pickles and lettuce so there went my lunch. Couldn't just scrape off the toppings because it was so smushed into the chicken.
