I am hesitant to write a review. I like Zaxby's, and this location has always been good. The last 6 months, something has happened. The quality of food is still ok, not as good as it used to be, but ok, but the service has gone downhill to the point that I suggest you check your whole order before you leave the restaurant to make sure it is right, and that you have gotten everything you are supposed to get. I used to visit this place often but moved to the other side of town . After being close to this place i decided to go ahead and stop in for some dinner . My regular go to meal has been removed from the menu for some time now so I decided to walk in and see if I could get it made anyways . The young girl Sara or Anna can't (remember her name ) was very helpful in getting my order just right and offered to make it herself beings past drive thru experiences it was always wrong ....read full review
