Ladies restroom needed attention. There was garbage in the sink, one of the toilets were "dirty" on the seat.We stood at the front counter for at least 5 minutes before someone came to help. I got just after they opened the dining room and had to stand there for almost 5 minutes before they even recognized I was standing at the registers. Line was quick and the staff was very nice. I got the JBC Biggie Bag. Burger was cold, cheese slab was cold, fries were cold, and the nuggets were cold - luckily the Coke was cold. This store seems to be hit or miss on their food, but I just can't figure out a pattern so I can avoid the miss times. I got the same thing there 2 days prior around the same time of day and the food was as great as the staff.
