Almost everyday I order from this place the same pizza. Today they gave me a Pizza with NO cheese. I call the store and I told the person that they make a mistake. The employee said that he can’t anything about it. No customer service.

Little Caesars Pizza has improved over the years with fresh and hot food, but some staff members still have big attitudes. Despite excellent Pepperoni bites, service can be slow with long wait times, even for pre-ordered pizzas. Not ideal for parents picking up dinner with kids due to extended waiting periods, leaving some customers frustrated, like one waiting in the parking lot for up to 30 minutes.
The location is one of the favorite Little Caesars spots, with food typically made to perfection and a friendly staff. Customers appreciate the drive-thru, even though parking spots are limited. The staff are often very polite and helpful, and the place is known for quick service, especially for items like pepperoni puffs with garlic cups for a fast, tasty lunch. The employees, including one with a bucket hat, are considered cool and friendly, making visits enjoyable. Overall, the staff usually provides exceptional service most of the time, and their politeness is appreciated, even when dealing with irate customers. The restaurant could benefit from more training and resources to maintain consistently high quality and speed.
