“The first time I ever pre-ordered a pizza for a day later than it was went very well. There’s a first time for everything and these folks at the new dominoes right across from the Ascension St. Vincent Hospital in Clay County they called Jeremiah Street, but it looks like it’s right off of Brannen Field Road right next to Wingstop. The people were very friendly, always making certain and sure every step of the way. After my order was received, they were very attentive They were extremely friendly and I’m totally happy with my food. The deal was awesome and the service was exceptional My order Was under the name Buddy Cadabbera and they found it and started it exactly at the time they were asked to. I arrived early and witnessed a very well run Pizza place! Very impressive!“

They did a fantastic job and we wanted to recognize them. Ashley Chalker was the GM at the time, but since has been promoted. The presentation was givin to the new GM Ian. Called the store and they were very pleasant and said the would bring them right over. They did bring them but by then most everyone was finished ✅️ eating. Pizza and wings were very good. “I was walking into hair salon, (around1130am) when i noticed a very young man get out of a grey nissian, he had a CiCi uniforn on, and bottle water in hand. There was trash on ground in front of store. He stopped, picked it up, walked it to trash can and proceeded into restaurant. You don't see this now a days with these younger generations or older folks. Your facility should be proud and thankful to have such a hard working young man, kid who goes way above and beyond. Too think he did this and hadn't even started his shift yet. (From what i gathered, looked like parent dropping him off) This boy should be noticed.“

“Dr. Courtney Whiting is the best that I have ever had. There is no doubt in my mind she cares about my girl. She always does what’s best for her even getting down on the floor with her to make her feel at ease. Holly has always been wonderful to as a nurse. I am 100% confident in their care for Izzy. I consider Dr Whiting Family as she takes care of what’s most important to me and does it with love, compassion, wisdom, and passion. I am so grateful to her. I would never allow anyone else to care for my Izzy except her.“

“First off, if you aren't ordering from here for pizza I don't know what you're doing with your life. The ingredients, the service, the people. I've just never had a bad experience. Even when they got the wrong order the owner immediately rectified it. I've got the pickiest eaters but one thing they agree on is a Detroit style, perfectly buttery and crisp crust pizza from Jets. “The store itself is a bit small and the salad wasn't really good at all mostly because the sweet tasting italian dressing but all can be overlooked because this is the best and most authentic NY style pizza in the Jacksonville area. I can't wait to come back again and maybe try their calzones or sandwiches although it'll be hard to pass up a slice of good old pepperoni.“

“while we really like the food and usually very quick delivery I do have a issue with the fact that I have been living at my new address for 2 years and the ordering website has still not been updated to allow you to order for delivery, to my address. they are possibly losing out on 400 customers just in my subdivision alone, because it says that they don't deliver here although if you phone your order in- you find out that delivery is absolutely available. and more and more new homes are being built every day, more potential lost customers“

“They had sent me a supreme stuffed crust pizza when I ordered the meatZZa stuff crust. I called the store because I couldn’t eat it because of allergies and within 20 minutes they sent me the correct one. VERY EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Definitely gold star ⭐️ quality service. The second driver was super nice and understanding. Props to you buddy! I’m giving the first pizza to a homeless citizen.“

“I DO recommend this Chuck E. Cheese solely because the manager and most of the staff were very kind and helpful BUT I did lose my phone and someone kindly turned it in. When I asked the front desk for it, there were two employees walking around recording themselves, taking selfies on my phone. I literally didn’t have my phone for maybe ten minutes and some of the staff thought that it was appropriate to do that. The manager did apologize and compensated me for it (and again, he was GREAT) and I wasn’t going to post about it UNTIL I was cashing out my kids’ tickets and I got eye rolls and glares from the girls who were taking the selfies on my phone. I mean like, did they think it was appropriate and I was SO wrong for being upset about it? This is their selfie 🙄“
