“4 yrs ago, I had a terrible experience at this location at the drive thru. Recently, I returned to a completely different store! The staff was outstanding! They went over and above to provide that WOW experience. I had a crispy chicken Cobb salad with their Vinegerette dressing. It has excellent health scores for it's health grade and taste delicious! I add extra tomatoes to my salad and the results are better than most dine in salad dishes. Give it a try and you won't be disappointed. I can't say enough about the kindness of the staff. Hannah & Kinley were AMAZING! Bravo to the team at this location. After just 4 yrs, they took my 1 star review and transformed it into a well deserved 5 star rating! I hope the management & corporate teams see this review & reward this staff. Their commitment to Chick-fil-A 's customer service philosophy shone through like a blazing fire!“

“Dr. Courtney Whiting is the best that I have ever had. There is no doubt in my mind she cares about my girl. She always does what’s best for her even getting down on the floor with her to make her feel at ease. Holly has always been wonderful to as a nurse. I am 100% confident in their care for Izzy. I consider Dr Whiting Family as she takes care of what’s most important to me and does it with love, compassion, wisdom, and passion. I am so grateful to her. I would never allow anyone else to care for my Izzy except her.“

I’m recovering from surgery so I’m already feeling crappy and grouchy but this made a HUGE difference!!! “Until the last couple visits, things were fine. I don't know if it's new management or what, but sandwiches were horrible. Not even close to the items that were supposed to be on the sandwiches, no cheese, and very little meat. Big change from the way they used to be. This is for the location on Beville Road in Daytona Beach.“

We were impressed by the service we received - from greeting us as we arrived, helping us bring our food to the table, to clearing our table as we finished up. “Our family loves Panera and we usually enjoy the fact that it’s super fast when we go through the to go and rapid pickup. I don’t normally eat inside so if you get food to go it will be very quick. The food itself is very bread related hence the name. So you can’t get a big steak there or a hamburger but they have sandwiches with meat.“

“The food was hot and fresh as always. Leandra was in the lobby while we were eating. She made us feel so welcomed. Through conversation, she learned I like spicy foods. Very shortly she came back out with a sweet and spicy Sriracha sauce for me to try. It was a great recommendation. Leandra was the highlight of our visit.“

“I had such an amazing experience here for lunch, Tyler immediately greeted me when I came in even though he was busy. the chicken was cooked, amazing and breading was perfect. i even got a little, tiny, extra piece of chicken that made me feel like I got extra value. the regional manager even came out, Josh, and I got to talk to him about what a good experience I had. they are a model store and need to be an example for all the other stores on what good customer service looks like!“
