Parked at curbside, checked in, had to go inside 20 min later and pick up my food just to see an employee standing there holding my order the whole time talking. Person parked next to me had to go inside as well to get their order and they weren’t even busy.

We went through the drive-thru at Whataburger on blanding boulevard near Brandon Field road on 7-11 - 25 at 3:38. The service was not quite up to par. We ordered a large Coke with one of our meals and a small root beer with the other meal. When we got home we found we had a large root beer and a small coke. There were no napkins in the bag and there were no straws for the drinks. The service is usually a lot better at this location. We hope they will do better in the future. If not we will be going somewhere else.
