Neko, along with another young lady, assisted me at the drive-thru. The customer service went above and beyond. This location is giving other fast food spots a run for their money. Excellent customer service and the food is always correct and tastes great.

Doesn't even deserve one star! Worst fast food we ever been to! Food horrible, nasty dried out burger, petrified chicken sandwich, limp salty fries, old cold coffee. No napkins in bag, or condiments . You claim you take pride , better change your logo! 1st and last time for us.

I went to Whataburger while visiting someone out of town. For a fast food restaurant, it has decent food. We did have to wait longer than some other people that ordered after us and we didn't order anything out of the ordinary... one burger meal and one chicken sandwich meal. If there was a local location, I would add it to my list.

The burger was bland and expensive, the staff forgot my cheese. This is my 4th try and WHAT A BUMMER BURGER.
Lots of chatty staff with not great attitudes, go to Culver's better food and nicer staff,and nice cozy seating area,and better price. Leave WHAT IS THE DUST.

forgot my fries and also apparently dont know how to read a screen when not even busy its understandable when ur busy but when u have an empty drive thru its actually absurd to take 14 mins to order and 10 mins for food thats not fresh and then to also mess up an order by forgetting items and messing up the burgers. u need new employees as the ones you have at this establishment are absolutely ridiculous. u need a crack down or something my son is ALLERGIC to certain ingredients WHICH is the REASON why i asked for a particular burger. The manager was a huge help solving this issue. He made sure that our order was fixed with urgency a very commendable person.

Food is overpriced and is nothing special. Burger dry w/o sauce. Appreciate free military coffee deal. They could be much better with simple changes. Get a taste tester.
