A chicken sandwich combo meal for under $10? Yes please. Not the biggest piece of chicken I've had better but it was a good sandy. Just sauce and pickles with whatever sauce you choose plus dipping sauce. Fries were seasoned, plentiful, and tasty. Staff was nice and the place was clean.

Ive given this place 3 trys and they all have been epic fails! The first time my take out order was given to someone else because the staff was not paying attention and admitted they were not paying attention. The second time my take out order was cold and the fries where under cooked. Now the third tkme my take out order was cold and the fries were soggy. I requested extra done because I learned from the first two times I received under cooked fries to ask for extra done. Now Im at home air frying my fries because they are cold and soggy. They also have 0 seasoning. The wings are the next thing to go into tje air fryer. Oh amd my lemon pepper wings.... yea theres no lemon pepper seasoning on them!! I was given plain flavorless wings!!! If I didnt spend as much money as I did on my meal I would throw it in the trash!

Nothing sucks more than having an idea of how the food will be based on the previous experience. Our first experience was great and made us come back again within the same week . However, this second visit the food sucked.Wet flavorless chicken…. Why can’t the recipe be consistent? Is it really that hard? Don’t you want people to crave your food so that they’ll keep coming back to spend money?
I will note that Elayna was awesome.

Wings are straight up garbage.... no flavor, soaked in grease and extremely small !! Some of the worst chicken wings I have ever tasted. I say tasted because I didn't eat them, I threw them straight in the GARBAGE!!! Wingstop is a joke, I was never a fan and will never be, especially this Wingstop. Which suppose to be new. They pre-cooked and serve greasy, nasty wings !! They got the right name should be called Wingstop, please stop !!! Also you notice how there's no response from the owner. It's because they know It's a JOKE !!

Put all the wings in to go boxes but left the fries on a plate so they could ruin the to go order.
The 2 stars is for the staff being polite. That's it. I am a wingstop fan, so I eat there often . This new location is closer to me, so I am happy they are close. I placed an order online, said 18 minutes, got there in 12 minutes. Food was ice cold. Fries and chicken. It was like they had chicken already cooked and when my order was place they immediately bagged it up. Chicken is supposed to be cooked to order. i had yo reheat in my airfryer. And my ranch cup wasn't completely full. Not cool. I will give them one more chance before I go back to the Kingsley location.

I was standing in line for my food and the lady in front of me was making a scene because she ordered the wrong things online, somehow it was the cashiers fault..? When the manager was called up he understood and saved her some money to help out. After he walked away she again was mean to the cashier and asked for more free stuff and when denied she asked for a refund. Manager came back, nice again, lady was mad about the cost of ranch if you can believe it. Manager gave her $2 and apologized.
This lady was then mean and got upset because he wouldn't give her the ranch for free along with now wanting after getting denied she stated she has a doctorate degree and would make sure they regret not making her happy.
After waiting for 10 min because of her BS the manager apologized and got our food out as fast as possible and the cashier nore the manager did anything wrong. The lady herself admitted she messed up the order but then made it they're fault. Wasn't right.
This store is great, its clean, service is fast, people are nice and I recommend people using this location. 👍
