Food is always good but the service is lacking most of the time. But it's still a decent place to eat.

The service and the atmosphere is great, but the food is very low quality. I tried the food here twice thinking it was a classy restaurant and ordered steak fried rice with double meat, paying twice the price, and both times they gave me sticky mushy rice with very little low quality meat. I definitely won’t be trying here again. It’s disappointing because we don’t have many options for good food in this area.

Yume Sushi was, overall, an average dining experience. The miso soup was served lukewarm in a bowl that was noticeably cold, which detracted from the overall presentation and enjoyment. The tuna used in the sushi had a noticeably fishy odor—often an indication that the fish is not particularly fresh.

On a more positive note, the cooked sushi options, particularly the eel, were quite good. The eel was served in generous portions, was of good quality, and was free of bones.

The chicken teriyaki, however, was somewhat underwhelming. The sauce was thin and lacked flavor, though the grilled preparation of the chicken did help salvage the dish to some extent.

While there are a few highlights on the menu, I would likely continue to frequent the sushi establishments on the east side, which tend to offer a more consistent and enjoyable experience.

Service has gone WAY downhill! My husband and I went there for lunch this afternoon and nobody would wait on us and we left after waiting about half an hour! We always have gotten good service in the past, but today was not the case! We won't be back! Go to Brunchville around the corner where the restaurant is clean, service great and food wonderful!

Visited on 5.2.25 and woke up the next morning with food poisoning! I had the Kani salad and 2 fried rolls, and woke up super sick the next morning. Our waitress was not attentive and slow as well. Will not be returning.

Spectacular I can say unless you try yourself it’s fried ice cream at Yumi fusion in Middleburg basically everything they have is delicious and the people that work there are awesome

Soooooo good we got take out and usually hibachi take out is very hit or miss with me but this restaurant knocked my expectations out of the ballpark

We love this restaurant, it is our go to for birthday dinners and the food is always good quality for great prices.

I've had a lot of sushi and a lot of sashimi throughout Jacksonville county and there's only a handful of places that I will give five stars this place being one of them it's very tasty everything that I had highly recommend

Call in order 20 minutes before I showed up and still waited 30 minutes for them to cook it after I showed up then I ordered a side of shrimp and rice and they barely gave me any shrimp got 4 pieces of shrimp
