Food was good. Service totally messed up whole meal served backwards

Have ordered sushi in the past and it was good. But today me and my husband decided to dine in and yeah we won’t be going back. Customer service was mediocre. The server did not refill our drinks once and during the time it was not busy. My husband ordered Steak noodles and it was super bland. I ordered the Nabeyaki udon soup and was brought the Yose Udon soup and it was disgusting. It was bland as well and the noddles tasted like they were sitting in water juice. Broth had no flavor as well. It was sadly a disappointment. The atmosphere was unwelcoming as well. I’ve never been to an Asian fusion restaurant where they served food with no flavor. Do better people

Always good food and good service

The food was great and I loved the way they have everything set up, but I feel they could be a little more strict with their servers. There’s this one server her name is bee she was VERY RUDE and every time she came to our table she smelled like cat piss. Not to mention. She dresses unprofessional makes me not wanna come back I remember I placed a Togo order and she was telling me about how she never make money and never makes enough to eat.

There is a young white lady there who was extremely rude and disgusting to my colleague and I. Our chicken was extremely tough to chew, so I contacted them to let them know. She proceeded to say “that’s not our problem and I can’t do anything about it”. When I went in she and 2 other servers were at the front waiting for us. The other lady excused herself and the guy was extremely understanding and helpful. However, the young girl who said she just graduated high school had very poor manners, respect, and was extremely antagonistic. She proceeded to argue with us and poke the bear when we asked her to leave us be. I will never eat there again..video will be posted soon. Do not wasted your time or money

I’ve been here a few times with my family. My brother absolutely loves this place, so we ALWAYS come here for his birthday. Tonight my boyfriend and I came without the others. Everything was great. He got steak fried rice, crab stick sushi, and deep fried roll that I forget the name of. I had 2 orders of the white tuna sushi. Which is my favorite. I have a hard time finding it at other places apparently lol. I also got a Mexican bubble roll and a miso soup. Everything was great. Ticket times were pretty quick too.

I ordered from Yume Fusion through Uber Eats and even called the restaurant at 9:48 PM to make sure they packed the hot food separately from the sushi. I was assured they understood and would keep everything in different bags. Despite that, my order arrived with the hot food packed in the same bag as the sushi, and the sushi was warm.

I placed my order on 2/21/26 around 8:30 PM. The noodles were greasy, and the hibachi chicken wasn’t good either. Overall, I don’t recommend Yume Fusion.I did spend most of the night waking up, running to the bath room

Didn’t even get food. Called to order and the person who answered was extremely unprofessional. Just answered with a hello. When I asked about one of the combo rolls, they laughed and said let me get my coworker. Then that person and a few others could be heard laughing in background.

Every body always kind and very good at their job best place in Middleburg to me and always good food and a box to go. The hibachi is not overly seasoned. If you like it strongly seasoned you can always ask.

Ordered the shrimp fried rice and woke up the next morning with a bad case of food poisoning.. I don’t usually leave bad reviews, but I was very sick and we won’t ever be eating here again.

1st visit here and unsure if I would like to return. Only seen out waiter when he was bring us our food/Drink or taking our order. After that point he disappeared. My biggest thing is if I can keep my drink full and I only got 1 glass for the whole meal. When food made it out it had partially gotten cold. Flavor was good just cold. They had 3-5 staff at the register at a time.

Food was literally amazing. Portions were large but not too large and everything was just delicious and service was amazing too they’re very kind people

The steak could of been cut in smaller portions. They only hand out forks to eat with. No knifes to cut your food with. They must want you to choke 🤢 on your food. You figure as much as you pay for dinner they can afford to give you a knife to cut your food up🫩🤷
