Staff completely unprofessional arguing with each other. Cook refused to cook had to wait 30+ minutes to order. I ordered bourbon skillet No peppers or onion and there was so much onion that it was almost inedible. Manager was just letting the wait staff and cooks argue in front of customers. Corporate needs to step in at this location

We left Ihop on Apalachee to come here. We were greeted, immediately sat and our server was on top of things the entire time. It was very spacious and clean.
The manager spoke and greeted us as well.
Our server was knowledgeable of the menu, with our questions and even the census of more popular foods and customer preferences.
Our food came hot and fresh and our drinks never emptied.
I would drive all the way here as opposed to the one on N. Monroe.

I ordered the Sirloin steak and eggs. Took nearly an hour to get my food. My drink was never refilled. I ordered my steak medium rare and I got a steak so over cooked, dry, and flavorless my boot would have been a better option to eat. DO NOT EAT HERE!

Service was spot on; given that we were the only ones there for a bit. :-) anyhow, the food was prepared well and the place was clean. Given this is in a truck stop it was even more impressive that it was clean since I've seen many of these quite dirty.

The new owner took our order and was extremely sweet and helpful. He recommended the fried fish platter so we decided to give it a shot. Everything about the platter was as delicious and filling as he had promised. I would 100% get this again.

As Of today, November 11 25 whoever cooked tonight Was a beast I got the steak dinner nachos and a dessert and everything was hot. Fresh good delicious my steak was so tender and seasoned so well I will give them Two thumbs up today the waitresses did the best they could with only being two and they are very appreciated as well.

I am genuinely a positive person, and I always take it as a personal challenge to turn around a negative waitress or cashier's mood. But our server wouldnt be moved. She immediately had an attitude, rolling her eyes, every time I tried being nice and saying thank you, she would sneer and walk off. Took 15 minutes just to get drinks. The food was mediocre. There were no other customers and still the coffee and food came out cold. French toast tasted like soggy bread, that maybe they dunked in the egg, slapped on the heat for 2 seconds and slapped it on the plate. I ordered a side salad, and it didnt come out until all our other food did. And after sitting for 20 minutes waiting for a check, we almost voluntarily walked out without paying. It was ridiculous. I always always tip, nothing is a bigger turn off to me than friends or spouses who dont tip. However she didnt get nothing, and I didnt push for it either. This is our 2nd time stopping here in a few weeks, trucker life, the first time I loved the cashier even if the service was slow, but I just figured maybe they didnt have enough workers. Today they had 2 waitresses, 2 cooks, that I could see, and a manager looking dude walking around in the back. Please, please do better.

My experience at this Denny’s was completely unprofessional from start to finish. Our server, Anita K, greeted us while chewing food, covered her mouth with a napkin while talking, and even gossiped about another employee “not wanting to do her job.” She also came back several times still eating and tried to talk with her mouth full, saying, “I hope you guys don’t think I’m being TOO unprofessional.”

The food order was incorrect — my mother received the wrong potatoes, and my burger came with pickles even though I asked for a plain cheeseburger. When I asked for it to be remade, Anita first asked if I could “just take the pickles off.” The “new” burger she brought back was clearly the same one, complete with my original bite mark. It was very unsanitary and upsetting.

At checkout, after I said she could keep the $0.20 change, she chased me down through the attached gas station to hand it back, then said, “That’s offensive to me.” It was awkward and unnecessary after such a poor experience.

I left feeling completely disrespected and disappointed. This was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had, and I hope management takes this seriously.

Was very quiet, maybe 2 tables already seated. Food was 8/10. My server either was on an off day or just wanted nothing to do with me.
