They serve WHO they want to serve in this Subway. I've walked in twice, saw the lady serving someone and then when I got ready to try and place an order she walked off and turned the screen off. Money good WHEREVER I'm a trucker maybe not OTR but it does not defeat the purpose of picking WHO you want to serve... HIGHLY disappointed in the service at this subway being that we come here EVERY morning...

They sent out a coupon buy one get one and say they don't honor it. It's the only subway in my town. Why send out false advertisement and not honor it. Y'all a scamming lie.
Edit: went to the one down the road 90 and CapCirc in Tallahassee, they honored the coupon and were very professional, polite. I gave them a nice tip for it.

RUDE OLD DUDE WORKING: if you don’t like your job quit and be grumpy somewhere else! Walked in at 11:00 said he closes at 12 and couldn’t use no ovens, I’m pregnant and he said no to turning on ovens completely and couldn’t restock anything that wasn’t already there. If you’re turning people away just go home! To the owner, fire these people and keep getting bad reviews or close shop.

This Subway gave me the worst sandwich I’ve ever had at Subway in my life! The lady told me they were short on onions and tomatoes. She gave me four pieces of chopped onions and two tomatoes. She acted like she had to pay for toppings out of her pocket! RIDICULOUS! I won’t be going to ANY Subway locations again!

It takes a lot for me to leave a bad review but the poor service and bad attitude was undeniable. I see from the reviews that we aren't the only ones. We stopped in for two sandwiches and it was clear that the young woman at Subway was inconvenienced by having to do her job. My husband and I were pleasant and she looked at us like she was angry and couldn't care less. Very odd. If this were our employee, she would be terminated. A Subway manager or franchise owner needs to monitor how people are being treated and either coach this woman on her job, or let her go. This isn't acceptable customer service.

Cleanest subway location I’ve seen in a very long time. Dee and Georgia welcomed me with a smile and made a very good sub. I’ll definitely be back. Wish I could tip using my card, they definitely deserve it!

Not a very good subway at all. Tried telling me they had no bread. Told him thats fine ill take it without and got an eye roll. He moved to start making it an behind him on the floor were racks of bread. I just looked at him an he smiled. This location for sure is not being managed correctly.

Yeah hands down for this subway specially today with the tall lady with glasses ohh yeah she needs a raised to the door and not come back!!! I’m here 2 to 3 times a week I’m a truck driver and todays subway took the cake no more .

Worst subway workers ever, asked for lightly toasted, my sandwich crumbled in my hands as it was burnt on the edges. asked for extra light lettuce, dude gave a giant handful, asked for 1 line of Mayo, he did 3, asked for 1 line of mustard he did 3, then cashier got text and just walked away... Left me and the customer in front of just standing there.. would not recommend getting subway unless you don't want it your way lol. Oh and the bain was filthy, dishes all over the counter next to bread rack.

Visited yesterday for breakfast and was highly disappointed. Young woman employee appeared not to be listening and kept forgetting what I wanted on my sandwich. I had a very simple order. I repeated myself several times but still got spinach on my sandwich when I did not order spinach.

I came to this subway for the second time in a row, but there is a girl here who and speaks badly and does not pay attention to the customer. She talks on the phone. If you cannot ask her questions, she can insult you. I will not come again.
