These guys got killed as far as the amount of customers they had to serve, but they worked hard, stayed busy, and even under pressure with not just a large crowd, but also impatient customers, they stayed professional, and didn't let the environment get the best of them. Bravo!!
When I came in, there was a rush of people who also came in. Not only were the workers interacting casually with themselves and the customers, but they genuinely seemed to be having a good time (as much as you can at work). It was refreshing to see them acting like normal people rather than robots who hate their jobs. One of the best environments I’ve seen at a Subway in a while.
Chris was a superstar, taking each order with polite patience when the line was long and folks were indecisive. He was working quickly, efficiently and accurately unlike the 2nd on the line who forgo the vinegar and oil requested . The rest room was not dirty per se but smelled of
