I tried Meltdown for the first time last night, and wow!!! Hands down the best grilled cheese I’ve ever had! The fried mac and cheese bites were absolutely delicious, and the owner even managed to convert my husband into a fan of cheese curds!
You can tell the owner is passionate about what he does and pours that love right into the food. I'm not kidding when I say you can taste it in every bite. We’ll definitely be following this truck and stopping by whenever we’re in the area. Highly recommend!
