“This Arby's is always a peak experience approximately 2 hours until close. The food is hot and fresh ALWAYS. I don't care if the whole process takes 15 minutes from the point of ordering until it's in my hands. This system is perfect, please do not change your ways. I will continue inhaling whole curly fries at my discretion. No one can stop me, not even you Arby's.“
“I LOVE Arby's. However, this Arby's throws all of the other ones under the bus. Their customer service is top notch. Actually, I have never been to a chain food establishment where the employees were this nice to me. Brennan went above and beyond to be kind and make sure I had everything I needed before leaving the store on my trek back home. The other two ladies working there were excellent as well. This day in time, you never know what others are struggling with in their life and we need more kind people like them. The world needs more kind people like Brennan and he is a great asset to the Arby's franchise. If I lived closer to this location I would frequent more often. The employees working this morning definitely deserve some recognition for their outstanding friendliness and customer service.“
