Customer service at this branch is sporadic at best as compared to a couple of years ago. Incredibly poor management in the Milton Caesar’s. Multiple times I’ve arrived to see customers waiting at the front with two or more employees standing around on their phones or in a group near the prep station with disregard for the front and contemptuous looks, like it’s an effort, when you ask for service. I walked In and placed an order wait time was 10 mins when i got my order it
Was wrong. They just looked at me. Then finally said they would remake it but I had to wait 20 minutes this time. It takes 8 minutes for a pizza to go through the oven 😕
