McDonald's is a popular stop for travelers, known for its favorite Number 1 meal. The burger and fries are very good with a nice portion that stays hot. The atmosphere is decent, but the cleanliness of the floors and back tables could use improvement. There are some concerns about hygiene practices; however, the manager has impressed with great customer service by addressing long wait times promptly. There have been complaints about a rude and inattentive manager who was disrespectful to employees in front of customers. Despite this, some team members have been recognized for their accommodating service, leading to great meals and a memorable experience. The food remains your average McDonald's food, and the service through the drive-thru is fast. However, the front counter can be unprofessional and slow. Parking is good on both sides of the building, and there are 2 handicap spots with a ramp for wheelchair accessibility.
