So this is my favorite vendor at a weekend market, Frank is so social and kind and hardworking. I had no idea how amazing of a cook eye was until I sampled the Tomato Salad. Since then I’ve come to the conclusion that my favorite item is the sauce. I don’t even like cannolis but Holy Cannoli! They’re honestly the best I’ve ever had. Meatballs are to die for. Here in Pensacola, I have struggled to find authentic Italian food with a Red Sauce made with love. A true "all-day sauce" aka "Sunday Gravy". HOWEVER, With just a taste of Frank's sauce, I instantly found what I had been craving and was instantly transported back home to Western Pennsylvania.

We had Frank cater our wedding of about 65 people and we absolutely do not regret it!!! He was very easily to work with, professional, friendly, and his food was amazing!! It was such a big hit at the wedding. We look forward to buying his food at the farmers market and local grocers! We highly recommend him!
