I dont know if it’s the atmosphere, the employees or the actual ice cream but the ice cream just tastes better here!! It’s hersheys brand, my favorite is when they run the fill your cup specials ! ☺️

Consistently amazing. Love the environment, staff, and of course the ice cream. A grandkids friendly place, but senior citizens like us can't get enough either, lol. Guaranteed taste bud satisfaction.

I visited Scoops for the first time this evening with my two boys, it was wonderful! I was able to get them both their own scoop (great portion scoop) & myself a 2 scoop cone for $14 ! What a deal. They have a play area towards the back, it had "giant" tetris blocks, jenga, bop-it. Then up front is 3 buckets filled with markers, color crayons, & color pages on the wall for kiddos to color! My boys absolutely loved it. Service was prompt & polite, we will absolutely be back. Thank you for the wonderful first impression Scoops

One employee working who would rather cut up with another couple who thought they wanted to order but couldn’t make up their mind. Waited way too long for no service at all!
Nice place. But the selections are so limited. Would rather go to baskin Robbin’s if we had one. Not worth the price but the workers are definitely top notch.

It's so sad that they do not have a variety of sugar-free ice cream for those who cannot have sugar please please it was a nice place it looked like it was a nice place for family to get together and play games and kids and stuff and it looks like a nice place and she was nice not a lot of choices for people who are sugar-free or dairy-free 🥹😇🩷🤗✝️🥹
