Drive thru staff is very bland and slightly rude
After a terrible experience at Starbucks in PCB this one totally redeemed. Everyone was very friendly and my drink was delicious. Love that Starbucks still does the free bday drink, it was a nice treat on our way back home 🥰

Starbucks is a popular coffee shop that receives mixed reviews. While some customers praise the friendly and attentive staff, especially a barista named Hailey, others have had less positive experiences with employees who struggle to make drinks correctly. The location is known for its efficient app ordering and fast service, but the overall mood of the staff can be inconsistent. Despite these variations, Starbucks remains a frequented establishment for many coffee enthusiasts.
