Everyone there was quite friendly. Nice place, plenty of room for meetings, and enough room to play billiards or have a beverage. Of course members only, or be invited. Don't forget to sign the register! :)
Great place, great people, been going here for years! However, management needs to ensure the employees who have been there the longest are training the newest (not the co-worker who has only been OTJ for two months) and DO NOT put new bartenders behind the bar, bartending alone, on a Friday night, on the third day of training!!
I'm a member at-large. I'm not likely to join this post while smoking is allowed inside. There is a potential for younger membership and participation if all VFW posts would prohibit smoking inside or update their facility with a smoking room and a separate ventilation system.
