Unexpectedly needed to order a platter last minute. Called another subway in Milton and was told no, hung up and called this location for the same request. When the employee that answered the phone asked Michelle, the manager, I heard her in the background talking, and she never hesitated & in the most pleasant voice, she said “Sure we can do it,” I picked up my order later that afternoon, and the employees were just as polite as the manager. It's re hard to get real service anymore these days. What o es.do.t ignore you as long as possible makes you order kn a s ree. Or check yourself out now days. Why are the emlloyes not dki g the.jobs.they use to do and why do most act as if it is literally killing them to take a order or wait on a customer. They may not have a $5 foot long anymore but they sure do still hold a special place in our nostalgia section of our hearts. I will always love subway. My boys and I go to subway a lot before we go to the park (3 and 4 year old) they love the turkey and cheese (provolone) on white bread with mustard and mayo!
