“For a chain restaurant, Firehouse is easily above and beyond the norm. Even the bad locations are amazing. This one here in Milton though is the one I’ve probably been to the most in my life, and I have never had a bad experience there. Zach and Travis both welcomed us in as soon as we opened the door. They were both very patient with me as I never know what I want . They convered with us as they prepared the most beautifully put together subs I've ever seen.

One of the main reasons we keep coming back is that they're one of the few fast-food-style restaurants that offers a lettuce wrap alternative—and they do it right. The lettuce is always fresh, crisp, and holds together well, which isn't always the case at other places.

The staff is always friendly and works hard, but the location often appears to be understaffed. It's usually just a couple of employees trying to handle dine-in customers, drive-thru orders, and mobile orders all at the same time. That's a lot to manage, and they deserve credit for keeping things moving as well as they do.

Overall, the food is consistently good, the lettuce wraps are excellent, and the staff always gives their best effort. Definitely one of our regular stops.“
