The service time was much shorter than usual, fries were perfectly cooked, and food was neatly placed into the container instead of plopped into it messily. I went back again later that week and had the same experience. I hope the pattern continues.“

“Online order was placed on a Monday. The order was supposed to be made on Friday. It was made on Thursday and stuck in a cooler. One employee said they tried to call, but another said there was no number so they didn't try to call. I checked my receipt and it was as ordered to be ready for pick up on Friday. The receipt also had my contact number and email. It was a catering order and was over $80. I also ordered a gallon of tea. They had no gallon jugs, so I was given 4 large drinks. We were never offered any type of apology. It was as if I was inconveniencing them. I understand the world is short everywhere, but it is hard to empathize when everyone gives you a different story. I will no longer use firehouse and don't recommend their catering.“

“Before I got to the front door to open it up. I had the best aroma sensation that lit up my whole brain and waken me! I knew in that moment, that this is what I've been craving all day. That fresh bread smell is so delightful 😊 The young gentleman that was working lastnight at around 6:40 p.m. is an outstanding person! I have an allergy to onions and he was very kind and didn't make me feel bad even though I apologized for having such a rare allergy. He was beyond fantastic! Thank you sir for not making me feel ashamed of my allergy and thank you for believing me about it. Often people assume I'm not allergic. I do have an epi pen. Thank you, I know for sure I'm able to trust you with my life with preparing sandwich. I will most definitely come back.“

Today we ordered their chicken subs and #6 . Food was warm and made to order.

We paid $40 for 4 8 inch sandwiches. 🤷🏻‍♀️“
