“Well this is a weird one. Usually never have an issue they are spot on. Today we went had lunch and yes they were busy. No fault there We ordered a G-44. Basically a giant buffalo chicken minus the tomato add mayo sandwich 2 chips and to drinks. No biggie right. What we got I'm still not sure, it was maybe a Philly cheese steak. I would have gone up and addressed it but they were busy. Im not one of those to slam staff it was honest mistake. Sandwich or whatever was not that bad. Just wish I knew what it was. Hopefully a better experience awaits the next visit. All I can suggest is speak loud and articulate all your words. Lol“

“Get what's on sale, or whatever they're offering they're sale for the day or for the week or however they do it, you can really come out on top I mean what else can you go get a half a sandwich and chips, and it be six bucks and be able to have it brought to you and eat, versus you've got to buy the bread by all the stuff individually and then you got to make it yourself and then when after you eat you got to clean up after yourself, it's definitely worth six bucks to not have that stuff“

“My family and I regularly visit “Hub’s” and typically service and food are fine. But this recent time 3/2/25, it just seems like things are going downhill, which is unfortunate. We actually ended up leaving without eating. I asked the first server if there was a drink/cocktail menu to which we were told no but they have a fully stocked bar. Okay then..server number two comes up and I asked the same thing, and surprise surprise, there was one on the napkin holder. So, we order our drinks and they never came back. Now, there was a larger party that came in AFTER us and they paid attention to them, took their order and even the table behind us (we were there before half that table showed up too). After waiting and watching everyone else get service except for us, I had to go get someone just so we could pay for our drinks and leave. I understand if you’re possibly understaffed but my family was there before the party AND the table behind us got food even before we were even given an opportunity to order. Ended up walking to Juan’s up the street and it was incredible. Thanks for the poor service since we ended up with a business that wanted all the guests and a fantastic server who was able to make sure all of her tables felt welcome.“

“Ashley came from.the back with this beautiful smile and bright eyes! She was warm and professional. She made our sandwiches which so much care and attention. I know it is something so small to some but as an owner of 3 businesses, customer care is something I deeply value. She exemplified what it is to show up extraordinarily in the mundane and seemingly unimportant tasks. The atmosphere was set with her customer care. The store was clean, the veggies and food were fresh even at 8 p.m. at night on a Monday. I'm impressed and pleased!

“I LOVE Lennys! Ive been eating at the one in ft walton for 20 years now and im so happy they opened up one out here. Their bread is amazing and so are all of their sandwiches. Do yourself a favor and check this place out if you havent tried it. Its a little pricey but worth it.“

“We went today & the 3 young men were so awesome! Their attitudes, fast service & food prep were excellent! Their owner and their parents should be very proud of them! We got the giant Italian and it’s the best one we have had there! Bread, meat, cheese and veggies were all fresh! They worked so great as a team! My husband and I both agree that that was our best visit there ever! Keep up the great work young men! I pray that God puts His favor all of you 3! You are amazing! PS they deserve a raise!“

“Saudi Arabian Middle Eastern owner it was kind of little bit strange a little and your black lady not going to see she had a little attitude but you know nowadays the world everybody seems a little uptight loosen up and enjoy your life but it wasn't too bad just kind of used to the old “

“I have visited this location several times, and they are always consistent. Food is fast and tasty. I usually sit outside (to thaw from being inside all day). They have limited two person tables outside, but they are shaded around lunchtime. They never super busy, and I am able to get in and out quickly.“

“I placed an online order for pickup tonight but accidentally ordered from the Davis Highway location. It was almost closing time for both when I went in for my food, and the girls working here were so nice about it and even called the correct location to give them a heads up I was coming. So nice of them! Great customer service is rare these days so I didn’t want it to go unnoticed. Thank you ladies! And I did get my sandwiches- they were delicious!“
