“I have Celiac and the gentleman working was so incredibly helpful and accommodating. He reassured me everything would be safe and even stopped one of the other workers after she almost accidentally cross contaminated my sub. I truly appreciate how careful he was and my sub was delicious. Out of all the jersey mikes I’ve visited this was the best experience I’ve had and it was all because of the one individual who went out of his way to ensure my sub was prepared in a safe way. “Last week I went to Charleys and noticed significant improvements since my last visits. The service time was much shorter than usual, fries were perfectly cooked, and food was neatly placed into the container instead of plopped into it messily. I went back again later that week and had the same experience. I hope the pattern continues.“
