Went in was told i was less important than the drive through people and had to wait. So i decided to go through the drive through and they didn't even have any of the donuts i wanted.

We live down the street, and often my husband goes up to get me a weekend treat. But if he doesn't watch closely, they get my order wrong, every time. It's like they don't listen or don't really care. He is nice when he complains. Haven't given a bad review yet, but today was the last straw. Coffee is normally fair, but today it is tasteless. Order was so wrong it was pathetic. He never even said "powdered" because he knows I don't like powdered. Both donuts are powdered. It's the only game in town so if I want a donut I'm stuck with them but ... omg

Fantastic service from “Bre” she is the perfect example of true customer service even while training a new barista! Gives customer full attention immediately with a touch of southern hospitality with how she speaks. Drink was made fast and delicious. We were traveling through and most times traveling with kiddos can always lead to a long stressful day, but people like Bre make that 5 minute run to grab a cup of coffee a boost in your mood. Dunkin’ needs to hold on to employees like her.
I get a simple iced coffee regular cream 5 caramel no sugar , this is the only DD around that gets it right every time ???? the employees are always very friendly as well !
