I came here earlier this week and I got a hamburger Frisco burger instead of a chicken Frisco burger like I ordered. Even with that mistake all the food was very good. When I showed up to Hardee’s to let them know, she comped everything right away and made the order right. Very good service and good food. Thank you guys for being a good fast food location. It’s very rare these days!

They call this tiny dried up thing a cheeseburger. Absolutely pathetic. Taste's like cardboard. The chicken tenders were tiny. Not worth half what I paid for them all.

At the drive thru window, ordered a large coffee with lots of cream and sugar. We drove off and the cup was so full it spilled immediately as I removed the lid. I had to make another stop to clean up the mess. Please think about the order before you send it out.

Go in and look at the menu for more than a few seconds and numerous employees will aggressively greet you. They also just stare at people. Very bizarre Hardee's, would not recommend. Felt like a social experiment or YouTube prank or something.

Usually go here everyday or every other day. Food has gotten worse had breakfast this morning sandwich tasted like rubber. Told them they said yeah we know cuz we have a new bacon. Could barely chew the bread it was so chewy wasn't the bacon that's the customer service I got never eaten their breakfast again
Have to give a quick shout out. I think Carl's Jr/Hardee's is really good for fast food - when it's fresh and done right. When fresh and assembled correctly it rivals lower end sit down restaurants like Chilis and Applebees and the like.
Ordered a Famous Star burger on 9.1.24 around 7pm, it was excellent. Dining room clean, order taker lady was terrific, burger was fresh and put together with some care by an obviously competent person.
Too bad the Hardees where I like are full of employees that want to smoke weed by the dumpster. Wish they were more like this one.
Made a mental note to return someday.

A hamburger place that runs out of pickles 2 days before their truck comes in... they need to be managed better obviously. Burgers had way to much condiments on them where they were dripping and the fries tasted a little stale and were cold. I don't plan on returning. My daughter also found a hair halfway in to eating her burger we trashed the food and left.
