Ordered 2 pizzas and 1 Howie cheese bread. Bread and the stuffed crust cheese pizza were excellent. The large works pizza that I ordered with garlic & herb crust was burnt and unedible. The crust was burnt so bad that you couldn't even taste the seasoning.

Hungry howies...in general...went down hill

I honestly don't care what anyone could ever say about this one particular hungry howies location it's been my go to for many years and has never changed in my opinion it's always made right and ALWAYS fresh hot cheesy delicious pizza 🍕

So disappointed. The pizza was cold and hard when we received our order. The only thing that was decent was the cheese bread. We ordered 2 xl pizza and a cheese bread for $70 for it to be nasty. Would not recommend this place.

Update to my previous post.

I called corporate to let them know about the terrible food and even worse customer service. Genie or Jenny, not sure about her name, is the evening manager that wouldn't stand by their work. She was quick to dismiss my concern with their service.

She proceeded to tell me that I had to take it up with Uber eats since that's how I placed my order. She wouldn't acknowledge that they produce shitty work. When I made that point clear, she began to get loud with me and again told me it's Uber's issue, not theirs.

There's was a response to my original review, and instead of refunding my money, which wasn't even an option from their point of view. They suggested I give them more of my business.

The person responding to customer reviews needs to offer a contact number for follow-ups and refunds.

I want my money back, not a request to eat more of your terrible product. And it's not Uber's problem. They didn't make the pizza, you did!

I just ordered a large pepperoni pizza with a side of wings. It was the worst pizza I have ever seen. Not only was it over priced, it wasn't sliced thoroughly. The quality was so bad that I couldn't even eat this garbage. The dough was disgusting and toothpick thin, I took a picture for everyone to see. No wonder they have a bad rating. I would have been better off just picking up a Red Barron Pizza from Publix and saved myself $40. I invite everyone who reads this to NEVER ORDER from Hungry Howie's. The owners of this place need to get their shit together and do better. They need to feel that pain of no customers until they do better.
